I am in Talented Art at school. This is a class that you have to be recommended for and then test into.
My oldest brother, Andrew and my little sister Lily have both tested into Talented Art. We have very artistic people in our family.
For Youth Art Month my Art teacher wanted me to enter the YAM contest which is a state wide contest. This year it was titled "Art Shapes the World"
I did an Oil Pastel.
We were riding home from church when my mom's phone rang. It was my Art teacher calling to say I had
won 1st place in the Elementary Level.
May 6, 2013 My family and I will be going to the State Capital for a ceremony for all the winners.
I love Art and I am glad that it is something I share with my brother, sister, and mom.
